販売プロセス、支払い、発送、返品ポリシー
Buyers place orders on Artsy, and payments are processed via Stripe.
購入者がArtsyで注文を行い,決済はStripeを介して処理されます。
The gallery then handles the packaging and shipping.
Artwork will be shipped within ７ days after the payment is confirmed.
その後ギャラリーが、支払い確認後、7日営業日以内に梱包と配送を行います。
銀行振込をご希望の方は画廊にお問い合わせください。
1. Sales Price:販売価格
The listed price is exclusive of consumption tax. At the time of purchase, a consumption tax(10%) will be added.Note; for international shipments, customs duties or import taxes may apply.
Shipping fees are additional and are the responsibility of the buyer.
販売価格は税抜価格となっております。購入時に消費税（１０％）が加算されますので予めご了承ください。海外への発送に関しては、関税や輸入税が別途かかる場合がございます。
別途配送料がかかります、送料は購入者の負担となります。
（送料はカート内で計算されます。）
2. Payment Method:支払い方法について
Payment can be made Artsy's payment system via credit card.
Bank transfer （pleased contact us if you preferred this method.)
Artsyではクレジットカードによる決済がご利用いただけます。
銀行振込（ご希望の方は画廊にお問い合わせください）
3. Payment Timing:支払い時期について
For credit card : Payment is processed at the time of purchase.
For bank transfers; Please make the payment within 7 days of placing the order.
クレジットカード：作品購入時にお支払いが確定します。
銀行振込：ご注文後７日以内にお支払いください。
４. Delivery Timeframe:作品のお届け
時期について
Art work will be shipped within 7 business days after payment is confirmed.
For international shipments, additional delivery times may be required.
代金のお支払い確定後、7営業日以内に発送いたします。海外発送の場合は、お届けまでにお時間をいただく場合がございます。
５. Shipping Method:発送方法について
The shipment to rest of world will be handled via FedEx.
The shipment to domestic(Japan) will be handled via Yamato transport.
海外（日本国内以外）FedEx.にて発送いたします。
日本国内への発送はヤマト運輸になります。
６. Returns・Exchange policy
返品、交換について
Please contact us within 7 days after the artwork arrives. Returns or exchange due to customer convenience are not accepted.
作品到着後７日以内にご連絡ください。ただし、お客様の都合での返品や交換は受け付けておりません。
